About

You may be reexamining your priorities in life or finally feeling motivated to address longstanding relationship issues. Many people are coping with the trauma of having lived and lost through the pandemic or navigating the anxieties and excitement associated with a return to normalcy. Whether you have struggled with mental health issues before or you are experiencing anxiety, depression, or loneliness for the first time, everyone needs someone to talk to these days. We will work together to help you find resilience and strength.

I work with anxiety, life transitions, setting boundaries, and relationship issues, and with clients/couples of all genders and sexuality. I also work extensively with couples; eating disorders; and provide trauma-informed care. I have completed Level 2 Gottman Method training and completed training in Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD at UPenn.

I am currently accepting new virtual clients! Please reach out via phone or email for a free consultation. We will find practical solutions to ease the stress of daily living. As you feel ready to address any underlying stressors - like trauma, relationships, or disordered eating - we will confront these together.
