About

Are you struggling with racing thoughts, continued unwanted behaviors, negative self-talk, low motivation, or just feeling stuck? It is not the easiest decision to ask for help, yet taking care of your mental health is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. We cannot always tackle these difficulties all on our own, so reaching out for guidance through therapy shows strength, courage, and motivation.

I commonly use the following techniques: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness. I have experience working with teens and adults who struggled with depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, OCD, and personality disorders.

I am here to help guide you through life’s challenges with a mixture of psychoeducation, person-centered theories, and solution-focused techniques. As a team, we will work toward achieving your goals, building your self-worth, and increasing your confidence by taking on each day through a mindful, self-compassionate and proactive mindset.
