Is your adolescent or teen struggling? Have you ever felt frustrated and unsure about how to help your child address the challenges and stresses of his or her life while managing your own? Are you a young adult struggling with the pressures of your life? You are not alone. I would like to help you and/or your child through these challenging times and give you the support you need to live your best lives. It can be frightening to make a change or ask for help. View 6 Photos The main language of children is play, and I use my training from the Heartland Play Therapy Institute to connect with adolescents and teens on their level. I strive to create a warm, open, and playful environment where they can be creative and work through their problems in their own way. I am a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) and a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). I graduated from the University of Kansas in 2015. I have several years of experience working with children and families to address various mental health diagnoses, behavioral issues, and major life transitions. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming.
