About

I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, challenges of daily life, developing effective coping strategies and enhance quality of life. My passion lies in working with trauma survivors, providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and work towards healing using evidence-based techniques. I have experience working with youth in crisis and can assist young people and their families through difficult times. Additionally, I have experience supporting individuals with autism and ADHD, helping them develop skills to thrive.

I specialize in helping individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustments. I see clients ages 6 and older with various disorders. With experience working with diverse populations, including both younger and older individuals, I am equipped to address a wide range of mental health concerns.

My person-centered approach ensures that therapy is tailored to your unique needs. I aim to create a supportive and collaborative environment where you feel heard and understood. My sessions are characterized by authenticity and empathy, allowing you to express yourself freely and work through your challenges at your own pace.
