About

We often come into therapy with a particular problem. Perhaps it is difficulty navigating a life transition, relationship troubles, persistent anxiety or one of the many other tensions that can come up throughout one's life. I provide an insight-oriented approach that emphasizes curiosity about one's self and trust within the therapeutic relationship. This allows us to better understand and manage the initial problem bringing you into therapy as well as facilitating a truly healing experience of self understanding and acceptance.

While my training is in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, I tailor my therapeutic approach to each individual or couple who works with me. I believe that the trust fostered in the therapeutic relationship is one of the most powerful tools of the treatment.

Together, we will engage in a collaborative therapy that will allow you to release tensions caused by shame, harmful cycles, and relational wounds. We will explore your past, present, and hopes for the future through a lens of self-reflection, with the purpose of deepening your relationship with yourself and others.
