Are you noticing life is difficult to cope with because of obstacles and/or stressors? Having trouble knowing/finding the person you want to be is a struggle for many of us. It can get in the way of how we want to present/ be recognized and live. If you or a loved one are struggling with difficulties no matter what stage of life you are or what circumstances you face; You don't have to, 'just deal with it alone,' there are caring professionals who can help us find a new normal. Have experience working with age ranges 7-60+ together we work to identify and find resolution to issues. I have worked with teens to seniors facing various obstacles, anxiety, self-esteem, substance use issues and stress management. Create a supportive space to collaborate, aid and empower individuals, couples and families seeking services. Clients identify goals and we work to reach them. Clients are equipped with tools to believe in themselves in the future. I have worked with many populations, children, at risk youth, adolescents, adults who have weathered, endured and lost much. Experience working in a variety of environments ranging from secure facility to in home family sessions. Trauma happens, you don't have to endure alone.
