I want to begin by saying, your pain is a valid experience. Counseling is a place to be heard, feel supported, and learn some new ways to handle your everyday life concerns. These concerns may be your struggling marriage, difficulties parenting, the strain of being a teenager, adjustments in life, difficulties at work or your mood in general. Many times, we know what the problem is, but are not sure what to do about it. That’s OKAY! You are not supposed to automatically know what to do in every situation. Counseling can help you better understand your situation & teach you to cope more effectively. View 4 Photos Working with me includes a collaboration and you may come to know and understand yourself in a deeper way, and in turn help those in your life understand you better. We can work together to give you some additional tools to be more successful in managing your relationships & your mood. This is your journey, one that I am invited into briefly. I would be honored to be a small part of your life. If you are interested in counselor or maybe just curious about what this process might mean for you, I would be happy to speak with you.
