Many of us are overwhelmed in our daily lives, by work/school, relationships, the world around us, or by past traumas. Taking the first step towards healing can be difficult or scary, but can be life changing as well. I create a safe, nonjudgmental environment to facilitate your personal growth, actively listen, and help you focus on the things you can control. Whether you are facing specific challenges or seeking to enhance your overall quality of life, my goal is to support you in understanding yourself better in an environment that allows you to be who you are, feel seen and accepted, and empowers you. I have a passion for helping people cope with challenges and helping them become the best version of themselves. I provide individual counseling to adolescents, young adults, and adults. My experience includes stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and Neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, etc.). A little bit about me: I grew up in Austin, TX and after pursuing my education, I am so excited to be back and working in Austin. I received both my Bachelors in Psychology and my Masters in Counseling from the University of North Texas in Denton. When I’m not working, you can find me reading, spending time with friends and family, cooking, dancing, or chill
