My goal as a therapist is to assist in guiding you to a place where you feel you've become the most comfortable version of yourself. I will ensure to provide a place of warmth, respect, and empathy so that you can express yourself in any way you need. I specialize in working with adolescents & young adults and have obtained vast experience assisting those struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, behavioral issues, ADHD & ASD. My therapeutic approach is integrative as well as trauma-informed. I strive to meet clients where they are at, while acknowledging each person's unique situation. I have extensive experience providing CBT & incorporate this into my treatment model. I always strive to provide a warm & compassionate space for my clients to reach their therapeutic goals while also having fun.
