About

Hello, thank you for visiting my page! I am a licensed Creative Arts Therapist, and registered Drama Therapist. I work collaboratively with clients to co-create a safe enough space to begin identifying old patterns that are no longer serving them, and put into practice new coping tools to navigate their every day life. I have experience working with folks struggling with a variety of concerns including life transitions, cross-cultural issues, trauma, grief and loss, and anxiety.

My approach is person centered, liberation focused and trauma informed. I use traditional methods of talk therapy, and also offer clients creative alternatives within sessions such as journalling, art work and embodied practices, as ways of expressing themselves.

My therapeutic alliance with each client is unique and informed by their needs at the time. My main priority is to offer a space that is collaborative, non-judgmental, and compassionate. If you would like to schedule a consultation, please feel free to reach out and briefly share your main focus for therapy.
