Are you noticing patterns in the way you react, behave, and feel in response to people in your life? Are you tired of feeling stuck in an emotional loop that sometimes feels out of your control? Do you experience anxiety, depression, or difficulty connecting with others? Our relationships have the profound ability to bring up our own issues, trauma, and relationship wounds. I work with individuals, couples, and teenagers to help people move toward their truest self. I have an affinity for working with people from hospitality and gig work backgrounds as well as those navigating life transitions. I incorporate research and teachings from the fields of grief and loss, trauma, attachment theory, narrative therapy, and EFT. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming provider and I welcome clients of all genders and sexual orientations.
