About

Life can present myriad difficulties. We may be navigating individual challenges--life transitions, unstable relationships, loneliness, confusion, or career stress. We may also be troubled by the challenges we face collectively, like systemic injustice, our rapidly shifting world, and climate change. A trusted therapist can provide a space for us to express ourselves and can support us through the process of healing.

I welcome adolescents and adults who are experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, mood instability, and trauma. I approach my work with compassion and warmth, along with deep respect for each individual's experience and identities.

I primarily use relational and psychodynamic modalities. This means I place an emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, and collaborate with my clients to identify, explore, and change relationship and behavior patterns. I believe a therapist can be a "friendly mirror," gently guiding us to see and accept all parts of ourselves.
