About

We all have moments when we forget our inherent value and the meaning and purpose of our lives and stories. Whether you're wrestling with challenging circumstances, broken relationships, or long-held shame, it’s easy to lose sight of your own worth. Together, we can explore your story, address your concerns, and work towards a more hopeful and fulfilling future. I am passionate about supporting children/adolescents and their families. My expertise encompasses anxiety, depression, eating disorders, behavior concerns, parenting, self esteem, perfectionism, trauma and underlying mental health concerns.

I am devoted to fostering hope and healing, believing that meaningful change occurs within compassionate and supportive relationships. I'm dedicated to creating a warm, non-judgmental environment that encourages clients to explore and understand themselves.

I am committed to meeting people where they are, viewing therapy as a safe space to freely wrestle with hard things. I know how hard it is to be vulnerable in your healing journey and I find it great joy to walk alongside people. Please reach out if you believe I'd be a good fit for yourself or family.
