Oftentimes, we may be overwhelmed by difficult emotions or feel like we just can’t quite understand ourselves. The tendency may be to turn away from these unwanted feelings and thoughts.As a therapist grounded in attachment based experiential therapy, I believe that finding your way to more wholeness and balance requires us to go into the deeper places where we hold our hurts and spend time getting to know those places. Together, through gentle curiosity, we will explore these areas of difficulty to increase your awareness of your thoughts and feelings. By making room for all your experiences and emotions we move towards more wholeness, balance and openness and guide you through becoming more at ease with your authentic self.
