I am a Licensed Marriage and Family (LMFT) therapist working from a systemic lens through my virtual private practice. My philosophy is that through cultivating your relationship with yourself and by becoming the best, most developed version of yourself, you can engage in relationships - romantic, familial, and platonic - in deeper, more meaningful, and healthier ways. My hope is to facilitate you and/or you and your loved ones through this process by exploring what is keeping you stuck and discovering old patterns that no longer serve you. Working with my clients, I consider familial, environmental, socio/economic, and physical/mental health factors that impact and influence your well-being and functioning. I aim to create a space where you feel understood and challenged to think about and engage with yourself and others in new, more productive ways. My practice includes working with individuals, couples, non-monogamous relationships, families, and friendships with special interests in LGBTQIA+ issues, family conflict, adult sibling relationships, trauma, chronic medical concerns, and life transitions. I look forward to meeting and working with you.
