We each have experiences from early in our life that have left us wounded. As adults, we tend to recreate these wounds to feel more in control and hope for a better outcome. In my work with clients, we start to map out these unconscious cycles, identify how to enact change and combat any obstacles that may arise. I'm a licensed counselor. I received a Master's degree from USF's Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling program, with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. Whether you are dealing with trauma, grief, generational wounds, depression, or anxiety, I'm here to offer guidance and support every step of the way. In my practice, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to each individual's needs. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, gain insight into your experiences, and develop the necessary tools for growth and healing.
