Hey friend, I'm Sabrina. I do many things as a therapist, but primarily, I work hard to make you feel seen and understood. There are many facets to being a human, and I'm here to help you work through as many of those as you are ready to address. I believe that every individual deserves respect, care, dignity and compassion without question. Every individual matters, so I am sure to handle my job and clientele with great care and attention. I already think you're great, so let's work together on creating your next best self. I am a LCSW and have had experience with children, teens, adults, and families. While I've worked with a plethora of issues, I specialize in anxiety, depression, cultural/racial/gender issues, life transitions, divorce, self-harm/suicide, trauma, and PTSD.
