About

Therapy provides an opportunity to engage with life's challenges in more adaptive and meaningful ways. Sometimes we get out of balance, are tired of struggling with old patterns, are coping with loss or are in transition, and need some extra help. There's no need to go it alone! It is important to me to create a safe, engaging and non-judgmental therapeutic space within which we work collaboratively on your goals. I approach my work with a spirit of hope, openness and attunement to the therapeutic relationship.

As you heal old wounds and work through current struggles, you can begin to respond in the present moment in more insightful and flexible ways. Depending on your needs and preference, I incorporate approaches such as EMDR, Mindfulness training, Motivational Enhancement and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

My clinical background includes working with the often co-occurring issues of trauma, a wide range of mental health issues and addiction with diverse populations of adults, college students and adolescents in community and school settings. I would be honored to work with you and look forward to hearing from you.
