I believe in healing through connection and embrace a relational approach to therapy. I enjoy learning my clients' individual needs and strengths and through these interactions, collaborate to identifying the best approach to meet their therapeutic goals. Attachment issues and trauma often impact trust. I work with clients to identify these challenges in an intentional and trauma informed process. I have a background in clinical supervision and offer individual supervision that aligns with licensing requirements. I believe strongly in providing therapy for mental health providers. I have experience working with a variety of client needs, including but not limited to depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, attachment issues, interpersonal conflicts, work/life balance, and stress management. I also have 4 years of supervisory experience and provide clinical supervision to social workers, counselors and clinical interns. My primary concern when meeting new clients, is making sure to answer any questions they might have about the counseling relationship. Interventions and approaches are important, without trust however it can be difficult to work on your therapy goals. I hope to empower individuals to identify their needs and to determine if I am the right provider for them.
