About

I am honored to work side by side with my clients in their therapeutic journey and believe in facilitating the deepest level of healing. Our bodies hold on to trauma, grief, loss, and painful memories. If these issues aren't healed, they come out in disruptive and often destructive ways: Substance use, anger, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, etc. I specialize in working with victims of childhood sexual abuse, sexual violence survivors and sexual trauma, as well as developmental trauma. I also have experience and passion in treating first responders and veterans, and those who have experienced trauma in their line of work.

I am a somatic psychotherapist and primarily support my clients through my training in Brainspotting, a brain and body-based therapy/intervention. I have witnessed the powerful healing Brainspotting enables in navigating complex issues such as developmental trauma, sexual trauma, and trauma in veterans and first responders.

Your life, relationships, mental health, and struggles are important to me. I see everyone in their unique and individual needs within their healing journey. I desire to work side-by-side with you to support you. Special note to other therapists: I am highly comfortable working with other professionals and would love to support you in your healing journey.
