About

Growth is a continuing journey through the different stages and transitions of our lives. Each person’s needs are unique. My therapy focuses on finding what those needs are for you, guided by your own intuition, strengths, and goals to fit your particular life experience.

Therapeutic approaches include biofeedback, traditional supportive therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting or ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and mindfulness training among other approaches. We will design an approach together.

Please feel free to call me for an initial free consultation. I would love to hear what your needs are at this time.
