Relationships can be messy — whether it is you and a spouse, you and your children or just you and the world. Sometimes we do it well and other times we need a little guidance. We were never meant to figure out things all on our own. We all need others to help us by way of encouragement and direction. I provide counseling for individuals, married or engaged couples, and families. I address many issues including anxiety, depression, marriage conflict, grief/loss, communication, parenting skills, addiction, suicidal ideations, and personal growth. Together with the client, I develop a practical plan to work through problems. If life has become a little “messy” and you struggle with any of these issues please give me a call. I would count it a privilege to sit and talk with you and help you navigate through whatever you have on your heart.
