Taking the first steps to find and select a therapist shows great strength. Though initially you may feel uneasy, this will be the beginning of a new journey; one that will help you gain more control over your life. Collaboratively, we will work in a supportive and caring atmosphere using a strength based approach. I work with clients who are dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, shame and guilt, as well as relationship issues. I will always listen, never judge, and honor your feelings, thoughts and concerns. I will introduce you to skills and strategies using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Eclectic Therapy. You will have access to new strategies that will give you the ability to decrease adverse feelings and actions. Throughout my 25 years of practice, I have enjoyed working with clients of all ages. Currently, I see adults in individual, couples, and family therapy. I will schedule you within 1-2 weeks. I look forward to hearing from you, so that your journey of healing and learning can begin.
