I'm taking on new clients for Fall/Winter 2024! As a therapist, I strive to create a supportive relationship that feels comfortable and natural—like talking to a good friend, but with professional guidance to help you work through life’s challenges. I aim to create a space where you can feel safe to open up and explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. Those from all walks of life are welcome to share their life story. My approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, tailored to each client's needs. I have experience working with adolescents aged 13-17 and adults through many life challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, stress management, and relationship issues. I look forward to getting to know you and working with you through all that life brings. I am a counselor with a degree from Loyola University Chicago.
