About

I have more than 20 years of expertise as a psychologist, sport psychologist, and executive coach. I consult with culturally diverse individuals, teams and organizations in business, sport, military and academia. My specialties are in assessing, teaching and integrating mind-body skills to improve individual and team/group performance in areas such as; anxiety/stress, attention and focus, decision-making, behavior change, relationships, academics, athletics, entertainment, leadership and management. In addition, I enjoy working with youth development, career development, life transition, identity development, anxiety and trauma.

Professional experiences include; director of sport performance psychology for the LA Clippers, mental health clinician for the LA Rams, senior sport psychologist for US Olympic Committee, sport psychologist for UCLA track & field, Long Beach State athletics, SDSU athletics & UC Davis athletics, development coach for Center of Creative leadership.

My professional expertise is supported by my background as an elite athlete, NCAA Division 1 coach, consultant to local, national and international business organizations, author (Introducing Your Child to Sports) and speaker. I am accepting new clients and offering tele-therapy through video and/or phone for clients who are distancing or quarantined.
