Greetings- I feel that my role as a helper is strength-based & person-centered holistic approach. My strength as a helper in Anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting challenges, trauma, addiction, life transitions, family systems, relationships, burnout, self-esteem, cultural adjustment, LGBTQ+, grief/loss, coping skills, mindfulness, and self-care. I'm ready to support you through your healing. Roslyn Villalobos LMFT 23951. As a helper, my therapeutic approach is to be strength-based & person-centered as well using a holistic approach.

Change can be difficult but also necessary to live a fulfilling and satisfying life. The groups I work with are teens & adults. People living with anxiety, depression, parenting issues, life changes, self-esteem, grief & loss, adjusting to life transitions, communication struggle, Posttraumatic stress/ Trauma, Self-Care, Self- Confidence, LGBTQ+.

My role is to support and guide but the person driving the direction and path is you. Goals are a focal point for life and it is important to first filter through what you want and explore what feels right for you.
