About

Do you ever wonder why your anxious mind can’t rest? Or why relationships feel so hard? Or why you find yourself scrolling social media to avoid your feelings again? I love being a therapist because I help people make sense of these struggles. Together, we’ll explore the protective parts of you that work so hard to keep you safe, even when they feel stuck in old roles. By building compassionate relationships with these parts and leading from your most authentic Self, you can find greater freedom and fulfillment. Your pain matters, and you don’t have to carry it alone—I’m here for you.

I work from Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I’m passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and body liberation. By making peace with our bodies, healing childhood trauma, and understanding our protective parts, we can cultivate self-compassion and build more fulfilling connections.

Whatever you’re struggling with, having a neutral person outside of your life can be life-changing. Therapy offers a space to make sense of your experiences, understand why things feel daunting, and identify what you truly want and need—all without an agenda. I would be honored to be that person for you.
