My name is Rosie Davis Aubrey and I am a PA Licensed, Dance/Movement Therapist. I utilize Christian Counseling and an Eclectic approach (a combination of talk therapy and somatic/holistic practices). I have experience working with a wide range of individuals with my most recent experience including college students/young adults (18-35). My approach to therapy is tailor-made to each client I work with. Depending on your needs I may utilize a more common approach, such as Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or for more specialized needs, Mindfulness-Based or Play therapy. Yet I always include Christian foundations and a social justice framework within all of my sessions. During our first session, we will spend the majority of the time getting to know each other. We will outline your goals, apprehensions, clinical history, answer questions, and preference what orientation you would like to use. We may utilize a game or movement experience to further introduce you the ways in which my Eclectic approach is utilized in session.
