About

Experiencing stress, symptoms of anxiety, and depression can be overwhelming since it may rob you of having a good night's sleep and may interfere with your personal relationships and what you perceive as the way to resolve conflict. In therapy, we will explore barriers that are stopping you from identifying your true self and stopping you from finding a way to reach tranquility and peace in your life. My theoretical approach includes humanistic therapy, with emphasis on guiding my clients to make rational choices and develop their maximum potential, with emphasis on client-centered and existential therapy.

I'm open to working with men and women of different racial and ethnic backgrounds. My communication style is sincere listening to my client’s concerns, my goal is to guide my clients to discover their inner strengths and to guide them to cope with stressors and overcome them.

I believe that people have the potential to reconnect to their inner strengths, that inner strength is at times the key to overcoming obstacles in life. My approach to goal setting is client-centered where my clients select the goals they want to work on.
