I have enjoyed working in the helping professions for over 30 years in both Virginia and Florida.As a warm and caring therapist,I have provided l”solution oriented" counseling services in a wide variety of mental health and criminal justice settings before opening my practice in Merritt Island in 1992.My experience tells me that you will very likely leave our first session feeling more hopeful and that we are a team in addressing your needs, problems,goals dreams.It is quite gratifying to see that many of my referrals are from satisfied former patients. My specialty and intensive training is in Marriage/Relationship Counseling/"Divorce-Busting" and Infidelity . Over half of my clinical hours are spent helping couples achieve the happiness they desire.I also have much experience in working with adults of all ages who deal with depression, life adjustments, grief, abuse, stress and substance abuse issues. My patients have told me they appreciate my Direct/Interactive counseling style, that my outgoing ,friendly personality is easy to connect with and that they are quick to feel that their lives are important to me.
