About

Are you tired of having to educate therapists about your experience as a queer/trans person? I’m a trans therapist who specializes in addressing the intersection between LGBTQ+ issues and mental health, substance use, and behavior change. I address the role of oppression, discrimination, and stigma in my work with clients. I will help you manage overwhelm, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges by co-creating healthy coping skills that align with your values.

I work with a variety of issues impacting LGBTQ+ people, including stigma, anxiety, trauma, attachment, relationships, sex, substance use, disability, and body image. I utilize methods that facilitate positive changes, such as Motivational Interviewing, CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness-based, and somatic interventions.

I am a transmasculine, non-binary, white, neurodivergent queer who believes that a better world can exist. I believe that personal healing can support our ability to challenge systems of oppression, find our power, and live a life that is aligned with our values.
