About

Practice full, not accepting new clients. Working with people who are facing life transitions, grief and loss, chronic medical conditions, depression, anxiety, codependency, parenting or relationship challenges, and those of you who are exploring who you are now, given all you have been through. I will walk alongside you to foster your healing and rediscover yourself, and provide attentive listening, acceptance, empathy, encouragement, and clinical techniques that can help to facilitate understanding and change. Even in times of stress, worry, pain, despair, and loneliness, there is an opportunity for you to return to wholeness.

We will work towards you noticing your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and bodily sensations and explore your values and priorities. Growing in self-awareness and mindfulness and building a stronger sense of self will result in greater ease in your situation, less reactivity, more comfort in being your authentic self, and more clarity on your next steps.

Options and choices will emerge that are in line with your values and identity. Even in the darkest times and in periods of crisis or injustice, there is often hope to be found. And when there is no hope, there is awareness and even radical acceptance to be discovered. Hang in there! You are loved and healing is possible.
