About

Asking for support and help can be difficult, if you struggle with some of these thoughts; “I’ve relapsed and shame is taking over.” “I’m so stressed out I can't function anymore.” “My life is out of control, how did I let it get to this point.” “All my family does is argue with one another.” Sometimes it all seems so overwhelming and impossible. My approach is solution focused with unconditional positive regard. I work in a non-judgmental space to help guide down a purposeful life, living up to your potential. View 8 Photos

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Virginia board certified substance abuse counselor and NADA certified to perform acupuncture to reduce cravings for drugs, including nicotine, and prompt a discovery of inner quiet and strength. I have 15 years' experience as a substance abuse counselor, my specialties are trauma, PTSD, depression and anxiety.

My approach is Solution-Focused, Compassion-Based, and integrated with Mindfulness and Crisis Intervention with the goal of providing a safe space for you to explore your issues and identify healthy solutions.
