Do you need help discovering who you really are and what you want? Lots of questions, I know. And yet, essential questions, nonetheless. You’ve already taken the biggest step by looking for a therapist to walk beside you on your journey. So, I invite you to dig in and do the work to become your best self and live more fully. As a therapist and human, I am unabashedly curious about people and what makes us tick. I'm authentic, warm, thoughtful, caring, and fully accepting of all, with an infectious sense of humor. My migration to counseling later in life, followed an extensive career in television and film. I remain an active writer and contributor to Psychology Today and Medium. Like everyone, I have my own complex story, which is precisely what inspired me to become a therapist later in life. My story is chocked full of challenges, missteps, and triumphs, all of which have fused to make me who and what I am today.
