Children and adults alike experience unforeseen setbacks and barriers. I want to help children and adults succeed in their goals in life while learning coping mechanisms in a supportive, trusted environment. I have over ten years experience with school aged children and their families. I have worked with children affected by Autism, ADHD, and social/emotional issues. I work with adults going through issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, divorce, co-parenting and grief. I have a Master of Psychology as well as Counseling. I work with adults, teens, and children helping them reach their goals and obtain a more peaceful and balanced life. The author C.S. Lewis said, “You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending”. I am committed to helping my clients change their endings and achieve the life they dream of. My goal is to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment for anyone that walks through my door.
