About

Anxiety and depression gives us bad stories that we tell ourselves over and over again; in therapy, we work together to rewrite those stories, weaving a new narrative with better truths that encourage your growth. We want to help you find the connections in your story to answer the questions about yourself that have been making it difficult to move forward on your own path. Working to untangle our pasts and how they inform our present can be intimidating but it allows us to navigate a better course for our future.

As eclectic therapist we prefer to match our energy and therapeutic modalities to the individual in front of us. We believe that the ideal therapist’s office is a safe space that the counselor creates and holds for each client in order to foster an honest dialogue with the self and promote healing.

Sometimes our view of ourselves is like a bad selfie; we only see the bad lighting, the inopportune angles, maybe a pimple that we think is massively distracting. But good counseling is like a ring light, allowing a soft glow that heightens your strengths and inspires confidence. We would like to help you find better tools and words to write your story.
