About

People come to me when they find themselves facing challenging life transitions, managing anxiety and depression, and exploring issues of identity. I am here to offer a safe space and help you find your way. My approach is grounded in strengths-based principles, helping you to find resilience and innate resources within yourself. LGBTQIA+ affirming, and neurodivergent affirming.

Through our work together, you will learn practical skills for coping with difficult feelings, while also gaining an understanding of the root causes of your struggles. I use curiosity, compassion, and creativity in the therapeutic process, assisting my clients in developing a deeper understanding of themselves.

I am committed to creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration. Together, we'll explore your unique needs and tailor our work to best support your goals. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation. Call or message me to set up a time to chat about your needs. I work with adolescents 16+ and young adults.
