About

The most important thing I offer each of my clients is HOPE. I believe change is constant and things can get better each day. I strive to teach my clients how to cope during stressful times and be more mindful of the positive things in their lives. I believe in a person's ability to change and can offer skills to help with this process. I have more than 10 years experience working with adults, teens, and families. I also offer group counseling for those who would benefit from meeting other people with similar struggles. View 4 Photos

In 2005, I participated in "intensive" DBT trainings and have been to workshops conducted by the creator of DBT, Marsha Linehan. I have successfully incorporated DBT 'coaching' with my clients & have done many groups with teens and parents. I also have worked with survivor's of sexual abuse/trauma- in both individual therapy and groups.

My goal is to work effectively with each of my clients. In order to do this, I have to be very flexible in my approach. The therapeutic techniques I use are limitless.
