As your trusted guide, I offer a safe space where you can express and explore vulnerable feelings without having to bear them alone. In all kinds of relationships, it can be difficult to connect with others without feeling you have to be accommodating and give up parts of yourself. In our work together, therapy is where you can fully be yourself and focus solely on your needs. Therapy can provide relief from emotional stress and helps build the capacity to experience joy and welcome happiness into your life especially after facing trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, or any of the struggles life brings. By allowing yourself to share your story, you may find that the act of expression itself begins to transform your narrative My approach is warm, intuitive and straightforward. Whether offering active guidance or simply listening deeply, I adjust to what you need in each session. There’s no need to prepare or change yourself- come just as you are, and I will meet you there. Together, we’ll work in partnership to support your healing and growth.
