About

My favorite part of being a counselor is hearing your stories and learning what makes you unique. Through the years I've seen folks in lots of different settings and everyone has a story. I tend to specialize in working with individuals managing past (or present) traumas, general mental health concerns, and addiction issues.

I am integrative in finding interventions or solutions that will work best for you. Generally, I learn towards more holistic approaches, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and body-based practices. No matter how we get there, I believe we can work together to help you onto your path toward the life you want to live.

When you're ready, I'm here. Reach out in whatever way is most comfortable for you.
