If you or your child is struggling with depression, social relationships or having trouble coping with other difficulties life has thrown at you it is time to ask for help. You can get comfort and learn the skills to cope with anxiety, grief, social fears etc. Talking to a therapist can be the first step towards a more joyful and satisfying life. I work with children, teens, and adults, couples, and families. Child therapy sessions involve play therapy and the use of creative art materials.Sometimes just having someone to listen can make all the difference. I enjoy working in a supportive, collaborative way with clients, helping to build on strengths, get a new perspective, and develop untapped resources. Some Issues I work with include.... * Depression * Anxiety * Self-Esteem * Grief and Loss * Life Transitions * Communication * Trauma * Stress * Personal Growth *Panic Together we can look at your concerns, pinpoint your resources, and plan a path out of the pain. For example, you might benefit from stress reduction techniques or improved communication and relationship skills. Or perhaps some creative expression exercises could help you process your pain.I welcome your questions.
