I provide tailored, uniquely personal, holistic therapy that honors and works with mind, spirit and body. I provide gentle support, compassionate guidance and thorough, evidence-based knowledge giving you the tools and skills you need to create a life and relationships that are healthy, satisfying, and pleasure filled. All are welcome here! I serve all kinds of clients, and I also have specialized training and years of experience serving the LGBTQAI+ community (Trans, NB welcome!) as well as the poly and kink communities. I also specialize in relationship therapy, and sex & intimacy therapy. I am kink friendly, ENM/Poly welcoming and sex worker allied. Neurodivergent competent and welcoming. I invite you (and your partner(s) to call me for a free, no pressure, 30 min. consultation. It will give us a chance to virtually "meet" each other and discuss the issues that brought you to seek therapy right now. My practice is 100% virtual at the moment, so a consultation via Zoom is also possible. Evening and weekend appointments are available.
