I am a licensed, clinical therapist who works with all sorts of people who are in emotional pain like anxiety/worry, marriage/relationship dysfunction, depression, family conflicts, college challenges, addiction or anger. In addition, I have had the privilege of helping individuals with trauma and PTSD, using two powerful therapies called IFS and EMDR. I draw from many therapeutic approaches and aim to provide you with energetic, customized and meaningful sessions. Having a former 25-year career working for a Fortune 100 Company, I also attempt to bring real life business experiences and skills to the session.
