About

How do you make your "today" better than your yesterday? It starts by taking an open, honest look at yourself, developing a game plan on what needs to be changed, and beginning to take concrete, incremental steps forward. I guide my clients in identifying what they want to achieve and figuring out the sticking points that have been holding them back. Together, we then develop a roadmap of actionable steps to get started and then work hard to keep the momentum going.

I work with those who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, and low self-confidence. I also work with athletes to achieve peak performance. My approach is curious and creative, pragmatic and direct. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients change negative thinking, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals.

You've taken the first step toward self-discovery and self-improvement by seeking a therapist online. I invite you to reach out and take the next step in your personal growth journey. I look forward to working with you!
