In my 30 years of practice I've encountered a variety of problems as presented by both older adolescents, young adults, and adults. Many have experienced anxiety and depression. Often clients desire strategies that they can implement on their own in the future. Finding a new way of thinking about things has also been very helpful. Book with me now by clicking on my website. I am also passionate about couples work and men's issues. I attended a men's weekend and followed up with my own men's personal growth group for twelve years. I also have had the privilege of helping numerous couples sort out conflicts and maintain their relationship.
