I am a part of the Help and Hope Counseling team. Do you feel like anxiety, stress, depression or anger are your constant unwanted companions? Keeping these emotions in check is like holding a beach ball underwater all day. It will leave you emotionally and physically drained. I'm here to walk along side of you and bring Help and Hope back into your life! My specialties include treating PTSD/CPTSD (trauma), and ADHD in children or adults. Parents will also find parenting tools to raise their ADHD children! I am "person centered. I teach life skills and have a holistic approach to managing mental health: Body, Soul, and Spirit. View 6 Photos I'm trained in EMDR and Image Transformation Therapy (ImTT) to help with trauma and PTSD. I was a licensed pastor for 8 1/2 years providing pastoral care. Nationally Certificated in treating ADHD in children and adults. I am also credentialed as a Clinical Supervisor in the state of Arizona. I help you develop rhythms of health and equip you to thrive. I've been married for 46 years to my high school sweetheart. We have raised 3 boys, all happily married, and now have 7 grandchildren. I understand the challenges of life on many levels. My passion is for helping people get to where they're going "on purpose." Let's get started putting "help" and "hope" back in your life.
