My approach to counseling goes from being person-centered (while means using quite a bit of reflective listening) to more directive feedback, depending on what the individual requests. I do work that includes delving into the subconscious as well as typical cognitive-behavioral work. First and foremost, I will tailor my approach to your requested desires and needs. I am a counselor licensed in Texas and Louisiana with over 20 years of experience working with individuals who present with a wide variety of challenges. In particular, I have specialized experience working with abuse, trauma, anger, veteran’s issues, first responders, family violence, substance abuse, sexual intimacy, sex addiction, and couples/relationship My primary objective is to help people obtain the total quality life that they seek in a manner that provides specific and concrete feedback and options.
