Life is often filled with challenges and difficulties. Many of us can be left feeling STUCK, UNHAPPY, UNFULFILLED, or HOPELESS. Though you may feel that way today, life can always change for the better. Whether you want to work through issues from your PAST that are impacting PRESENT, or perhaps you are having trouble navigating difficult relationships, or maybe you just don't feel like life is going in the direction you thought it would, I can help! I specialize in helping individuals work through the things in their lives that have held them back or made them feel stuck. I help people from a holistic (mental, emotional, physical, relational, career, purpose, and spiritual) and practical lens. There is far more to each of us than what presents on the surface, and because of that we need to explore all the areas of our lives. Let's develop a plan unique to you that moves you forward in life. Life is challenging. Most of the time we find ourselves unable to know what to do or how to move forward past difficult situations, events, and emotions.
