I offer a safe and compassionate space for individuals and couples in their healing process. Life can get difficult sometimes as we try to juggle the demands of the external world while finding internal balance and harmony. We can carry the pain inflicted on us due to circumstances, or by others. And sometimes it is just a feeling of wanting something more from life than what seems feasible. These experiences can leave us feeling isolated and disconnected from our sense of aliveness, joy and creativity. I support my clients on their journey towards creating a more satisfying life that feels wholesome both internally and externally. My therapy approach is client centered. I draw from different modalities based on the client’s needs and where they are in their process. I simultaneously hold process and goal as important facets of the healing journey. I take the time to establish a strong therapeutic alliance, so the client’s most tender and repressed parts feel safe to express themselves I view most mental and emotional distress as a symptom of deeper disconnection from who we truly are. I trust the drive towards wholeness is innate in all of us. Therefore, my work as a therapist is not about adding on or fixing the client, but rather examining and gently removing what might be in the way of the client’s own organic process of healing.
