I have been fortunate to have success in other professions, so I bring real-world experience to my counseling work. My approach is integrative and person-centered, meeting each client where they are. I have studied and use a variety of treatment modalities including CBT, family systems, trauma-informed, EMDR, mindfulness and Gottman-based couples counseling. One of the most powerful things anyone can do is reach out for support. I have been honored to accompany hundreds of people on their journey to improved emotional health and well-being.
